Coaching Policies

Working with me is simple & straightforward! 

I like to communicate the way I run my business up front so questions  can be addressed immediately. I appreciate your effort in this department, if something is unclear regarding an invoice, price or what you receive from my services, do not hesitate to ask! I am here to help you build your foundation of success, without you I would not get to work at my passion each and every day.

Policies

  • I collect payment before I provide services each month. 
  • No refunds for one-to-one coaching nor group coaching.*
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for a call or session it will not be extended or rescheduled. The same for no shows. 
  • Please fill out a pre-session form each time we meet, in advance of the session so we both understand the topics for the day’s discussion.

*I am compassionate to emergency situations should a situation arise, please connect with me and we will find a mutually beneficial solution. Most likely in the form of a credit to another coaching program or month of one-to-one coaching.
